The Boardroom Experience is a half-day professional development event for high-potential young professionals looking to take on management or executive-level roles within their careers. This high-level educational experience is designed to address the inequities in management and executive-level roles for minorities by creating a network of high-potential young professionals.

When we say high-quality we mean it. The Boardroom Experience will take place at the beautiful Mint Museum for the Arts located in Uptown Charlotte. The boardroom, which features tons of natural light and dynamic views of Uptown, will allow attendees to be fully immersed in a executive level experience.

  • Building a Long-Term Career Strategy - You'll be walked through Hustle’s 3-step framework for building a career strategy that helps you create a long-term plan for fulfilling your personal & professional goals. 

  • Understanding & Exemplifying Executive Presence - Executive presence is all about confidence! Learn what it takes to influence those around you to believe in your knowledge and skills so that you can land the opportunities you want.

  • Return on Efficiency - In today's society, it's all about working smarter, not harder. Learn the tools of today that will help you create systems & processes for navigating your work efficiently and effectively. 

  • The Importance of Personal & Professional BrandsIn the last session, you'll learn tips for leveraging your personal and professional brand. This session will include a mini-photoshoot with a professional photographer in the space.
