The Boardroom Experience is a half-day professional development event for high-potential young professionals looking to take on management or executive level roles within the next one to three years. This high-level educational experience is designed to address the inequities in management and executive level roles for minorities by creating a network of high potential young professionals.

When we say high-quality we mean it. The Boardroom Experience will take place at the beautiful Mint Museum for the Arts located in Uptown Charlotte. The boardroom, which features tons of natural light and dynamic views of Uptown, will allow attendees to be fully immersed in a executive level experience. 

The Experience

Session 1: Defining Your Greatness  - In this session participants will identify their strengths and define what it is that makes them great in order to build a long-term plan for their careers. 


Session 2: Building a Career Strategy  - In this session participants will be exposed to Hustle’s 3-step framework for building a career strategy. 


Session 3: Finding and Owning Opportunity - In this session participants will hear from one career professional and one entrepreneur about how they navigated their own successful journeys. 


Session 4: A Network for Us by Us - In this session participants will flex their presentation and public speaking skills by introducing themselves and their strengths to the group. 


Session 5: Setting the Stage - In the last session participants will learn tips for leveraging their personal and professional brand. This session will include a mini-photoshoot.
