The Boardroom Experience is a half-day professional development event for high-potential young professionals looking to take on management or executive-level roles within their careers. This high-level educational experience is designed to address the inequities in management and executive-level roles for minorities by creating a network of high-potential young professionals.
When we say high-quality we mean it. For the past two years The Boardroom Experience has taken place at the beautiful Mint Museum for the Arts located in Uptown Charlotte. The boardroom, which features tons of natural light and dynamic views of Uptown, allows attendees to be fully immersed in a executive level experience.
